Invitation to general assembly

Dear students of the Student Council I/1,

We warmly invite you to our student council general assembly (VV) on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, starting at 10:15 AM in C.A.R.L., H03 (1385|003).

During the general assembly, no lectures may take place. If you experience any issues or scheduling conflicts, feel free to contact us at: kollektiv@lists.fsmpi.rwth-aachen.de

The preliminary agenda and a draft budget plan can be found in the official invitation. As with every VV, we will begin with a report from the collectives, followed by their discharge and re-election, a report from the cash auditors, and a discussion of the budget plan.

If you’re interested in participating in the VV (e.g., running for a collective, founding a working group, etc.) or if you have ideas or proposals for the action programs (EAP or SAP), you’re welcome to reach out in advance.

We always look forward to meeting new faces who are interested in getting involved with the student council — whether it’s student advising, committee work, working with first-year students, or supporting our working groups and task forces.

P.S.: If you’re studying to become a teacher, you only belong to our student council if both of your subjects are Mathematics, Physics, and/or Computer Science. You can find an overview on the AStA’s website.
