Invitation Gaming Night + Game Jam reminder

Dear MaPhIns and Gaming Friends,

The next Gaming Night is this Friday! You also have until Thursday to register for our Game Jam! 🥳

Gaming Night

On Friday, June 12th at 6:30 PM, we’ll meet in SemiTemp, rooms 4 to 8.

We’ll be playing all sorts of games, whether Switch, PC, or card games 🏎️

Depending on the turnout, there will also be a Smash Bros. and/or Mario Kart tournament. Registration will take place via Discord on Friday. The tournaments will start at It will be 7:00 PM. 🏆

There will be free snacks and drinks available at cost price. 🍿

If you have a specific game request, feel free to bring your own Nintendo Switch, laptop, cartridges, or board games, but it’s not required! Also, feel free to bring your friends – they don’t have to be math, physics, or computer science students! 😉

If you’d like to help out, come to Augustinerbach 2a at 5:15 PM. We appreciate any help!

Game Jam Quick Info:

• Develop a game as a team based on a given theme
• A weekend at the Computer Science Center (June 26-28)
• Free snacks, drinks, and food 🍕🌭🍦
• Register by Thursday, June 11th as a team or individually ⌛
• No prior knowledge required
• A jury of professors and sponsors will later select a winner 🏆
