How can I reach the student council?

For general inquiries, you can best reach us at: fs@fsmpi.rwth-aachen.de

You can also come to our office hours or call us by phone. If you want to contact us anonymously, you can also use our contact form.

How can I contact the student council anonymously?

For this, you can use the Suggestion Box. It is an alternative contact option when discretion is important, since our main mailing list (fs@) is many things, but not discreet.

To send a message via the Suggestion Box, simply go to fsmpi.rwth-aachen.de/meckerkasten, select the topic, write your criticism, and send it. If you want a reply, you can also provide an email address; this will only be shared with the responsible persons and not distributed further.

Depending on the topic, the criticism will be forwarded to the responsible office. Currently, the following persons are responsible:

A module/lecturer of (Mathematics/Physics/Computer Science): The student members of the respective examination board.
The work of the student council: Jakob, Mika.
The student council's position on equality issues: Destina, Marie.
Technical-administrative problems of the student council: The admins of the student council (Thomas, Amandus Alexej)

We are generally not able to send emails to all students. We do not have access to such a distribution list. There is also no bulletin board. We have a mailing list for job offers.

Availability by phone

We are mainly reachable by phone during the office hours at +49 (0) 241 80 94506 (Augustinerbach location). Outside these times, it is unlikely that someone will be able to answer the call.
