Augustinerbachfestival 2026

The Augustinerbachfestival will take place this year on Saturday, 11 July 2026, starting at 1 pm at the Augustinerbach.

Students from RWTH and the university radio station warmly invite you once again to the “Augustinerbachfestival”, which has now become a firm tradition. The street festival around the Student Union building on the Augustinerbach offers a relaxed atmosphere with live music and cultural activities from the region. Here you’ll have the chance to have fun, discover new artists and get to know the student body better.

Look forward to performances by various solo artists, bands and DJs! In addition to musical performances, there will be numerous activities such as a clothes swap, a duck race, hands-on art and much more – varied entertainment is guaranteed. Student-led initiatives will also be showcasing their work. Furthermore, delicious food and refreshing drinks will be on hand to keep you well fed and hydrated.

The student councils for Electrical Engineering, Philosophy, Communication Studies, Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science, and Teacher Training, as well as Aachen University Radio, look forward to welcoming everyone who fancies some music and a great atmosphere.
